Slaying The Dragons of Performance Reviews brought together three experts in the field including Bruce Croxon, founder of Lavalife and the newest panelist on CBC's Dragons Den.  Sprigg Software hosted the event focusing on legal matters, evolving technology and the age old question, are performance reviews relevant in today's employment environment.  Other panel members included Jilaine Parkes, President of Sprigg Software and Steve Mendelsohn, a labour lawyer with Watershed LLP.  The panel was moderated by Nicole Bendaly, President of Kinect.
